Interview process were very streamlined
Interviewer's were very humble and make you feel comfortable during your interview's

Interview
The interview process consisted of four rounds — three online and one in-person. The discussions were largely resume-driven, and one of the rounds included a detailed case study, which provided a good opportunity to demonstrate problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Overall, the process was structured and moved forward smoothly.
However, while the experience was generally positive, one area of improvement would be communication around the final outcome. Despite progressing through all rounds, I did not receive any closure or feedback from the HR team, which should be a basic professional courtesy. Providing timely feedback — even if the outcome is not favorable — goes a long way in maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Most of the interview rounds were resume-driven, with a strong focus on my prior work experience and how it aligned with the responsibilities outlined in the job description. Interviewers asked detailed questions to assess the relevance of my previous roles, exposure to strategic projects, and my ability to handle cross-functional initiatives. The discussions aimed to understand how my experience could add value to their team and business goals.
