Axalta R&D Scientist interview questions

I had a phone interview, two virtual, and then a final on site interview. The overall process was okay and seemed to go well. However, they basically just ghosted me. After six weeks of no response from them, I reached out and only then did they informed me they decided not to fill the position. Also, they never reimbursed travel expenses, despite having me complete a sizable stack of paperwork for just that purpose. I applied to the job because I thought Axalta had a good reputation as an innovative coatings company, but frankly now I think I probably dodged a bullet.
