The interview process was fair and transparent. After applying online, I had to fill two forms about my technical capabilities. I also had to create a drupal module according to given specifications and upload it to github. A few weeks after that I received an email from the HR to schedule a telephonic interview. He asked me basic questions about my expectations and introduced me to the company culture. A week after this, I had a technical telephonic interview with the Engineering Manager. He asked questions about Drupal and what technologies I have worked on. I had the final telephonic interview with the CEO, after which I received my offer letter.

The interview process took about 3-4 weeks to complete. The whole process was very well structured with regular follow ups and updates. Once you clear the screening process, the HR will give you access to an online portal using which you can schedule the date & time for the next round. I felt this was really nice that you can choose a time of your convenience and be fully prepared. Once you clear all the rounds there will be an email or call from the HR to let you know the final result, and discuss your offer.
