Initial Contact: eMail CV and Cover Letter to company for position.
Second Contact: 1:1 interview with MD/Director of company to discuss you and your ambitions, reasons for wanting to join etc.
This is then followed by a written skills test (press release writing) - this is a simple test to make sure you are capable of writing in a fluent and intelligent manner.
Third Contact: A technology topic is given to you a week in advance of next agreed meeting date. Candidates present their topic to a selected board of directors/account managers.
