I had a phone call with the recruiter, spoke with the hiring manager on the phone, came in and met with a few members of the team and had a brief interview with the CEO.

Interview
Interview process is fairly painless, until you meet with the CEO. He's a complete buffoon who thinks he's smarter than everyone else just because he was born with a silver spoon up his butt.
This place is desperate. They'll hire you as long as you have a face and a pulse. Whether or not they'll keep you after two weeks is a different story...
