Interview
The interview was conducted through Microsoft Teams. The interviewer began by introducing herself and providing an overview of the company. She then moved into the interview questions in a casual and conversational way. Overall, it did not feel like a highly structured or traditional interview format.

The questions focused mainly on my background, work preferences, and communication style. I was asked to talk about my experience, my strengths, areas I would like to improve, my preferred management style, how I build rapport, and the type of work I enjoy the most and the least.
