Person interviewing, or the person who created the JD has no idea about what the job actually does. Simple straightforward interview process, but a waste of time since the job description does not align with the actual job being described by the interviewers. Basically a honeypot to trap and waste your time;
Video interview was cool but the in person was the weirdest I have ever participated in. It seemed very sketchy from the start and I knew pretty early on that it was a waste of my time

They took me to an outside coffee shop and just asked a bunch of weird questions not related to my skills
