Axion Logistics interview questions

Went to lunch with the Senior Operations Manager, which was paid for by the company, and had an hour long conversation about my background, skills, goals, passions, etc.. I received a brief introduction about the company, their role at the site, the work-culture, etc...

They did not ask me any serious questions and were not very organized. They just talked to me about stuff nothing important. I don't really have anything else to say but i have to put at least thirty words.
