I was referred through my university, and from there had a phone interview, followed by a second phone interview, followed by an informal in-person meeting. Overall, it was pretty average in terms of difficulty of the questions, but they made it very unintimidating by asking questions as they came up in conversation, as opposed to sticking with a strict script.
