Question 1
How do you stay organize when you have many ongoing priorities?
I applied online. I interviewed at Axios (College Park, MD) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was great, employees were very nice and welcoming. They asked questions that were very relevant to the position. It was a more casual style of interview, which was nice for comfortability. It also felt like the interviewers were really trying to get to know me!

Question 1
Please describe your experiences at your current job that make you qualified and interested in this position.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Axios in July 2018
Interview
I applied online and was scheduled to have a phone screening with one of the Talent Acquisition associates. After the screening, I was invited to come in for a face to face interview with two Talent Acquisitions representatives for 1 hour. I was then invited to a third round interview, where I interviewed with a total of 5 people for 2.5 hours (I had to leave work early for this interview). The overall process took about 1.5 months and I was rejected. The rejection was not the issue whatsoever, it was the lack of communication after the rejection. I followed up in email asking for a reason for my rejection, so that I could know what I needed to work on going forward. I never received a response and I believed that after a 2.5 hour interview, in which I had to leave my current job, she could have had the decency to give me an explanation.
