Thank you for writing about your interview experience. The handbook is actually called the Work Rules of Employment and forms a key part of your contract. (Holidays, Insurances, School rules, etc) are all in there. Everything in the contract, except your personal details, is there. Without reading this we cannot make a contract. There are companies that ask one to sign the contract and then they hand one the Work Rules of Employment..... We don't think that this is fair and for this reason ask all potential hires to read through this document first. I am, sorry that you did not like this policy; we re just trying to be open and transparent.
