Very drawn out process with little follow up along the way. Recruiter was responsive to inquiries but not proactive. Hiring Manager left the company during the process and back to square one interviewing with a new hiring manager.

Interview
I went through a surprisingly long and disorganized interview process with this company. Over the course of two weeks, I completed five separate 45-minute interviews with various team members, along with an unexpected IQ/aptitude test. Despite investing significant time and energy, the recruiter completely ghosted me at the end of the process. No update, no feedback, and not even a courtesy follow-up after multiple attempts to check in.
For a company that emphasizes professionalism, the lack of communication was disappointing and felt disrespectful of candidates’ time. If this is how they handle their hiring pipeline, it raises concerns about how they operate internally. Applicants should be aware of what they might be walking into.

Very extensive, which I can appreciate if you are in the final running. Every interviewer showed up late to the meetings, which says something about the culture. After 7 interviews and over a month of preparing/interviewing, an email was sent, not a phone call, without any feedback on the particular reason I wasn’t suited for the position.
