Applied online through a reference. Job specified an entry level position for recent graduates. I received an email scheduling a call. This call entailed a conversation about my background and details pertaining to the position. Even though its an entry level position, they specified they weren't looking to train anyone. All in all, good conversation, but have to see if the process continues or falls through.
