The interview process for my job was very involved. First, phone screen with HR, Next video interview with Hiring Manager and his peer, Next video interview with CTO, Next video interview with panel of 8-10 people. Next, in person interview with COO and finally video interview with CEO and CFO. The phone screen started was on March 25 and the offer came April 25. It was a fairly long process compared to what I have had in the past. It was interesting to meet with so many people for a role that had little authority.
