I applied online and within two days I received a call from the Recruiting Manager. After speaking with her about my background/experience, we set up an interview for that same week. I met with her and the manager of the department I applied for, each in separate interviews. The Recruiting Manager called/emailed me later that day to set up a phone interview with the director of the Compliance Department. That was set up for the next day and took about 30 minutes, just like they said it would. The following Monday I was called with an offer. The interviews were more conversational than just question/answer. You could tell they really listened to what I was saying, rather than going off a checklist.
