I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Initially had applied online and been declined, but a recruiter contacted me after the fact 7 months later.
Initial phone screening by the technical recruiter, and then an in person interview in two parts: first with two PM leads and then with the CTO. Process was organized, timeline and communication turnaround was quick, and everyone I spoke to was very competent.
