Aya Healthcare Software Developer interview questions

I have interviewed with this company on 2 occasions. Each time was told the process consisted of a recruiter screening, then an interview with a manager that is not the hiring manager, and if I get past that a final interview with the team. I made it to the second round with good feedback on my qualifications and interviews, only to be told both times that they didn't have any more positions to fill. Advertising positions that have no specific positions available and having your recruiters cold call candidates for these non-existent positions made me feel like they wasted my time. Will be pursuing companies that have actual positions available and value their candidates' time.
