I participated in a four-step interview process. The first interview was with the recruiter, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. This discussion was very professional, well structured, and provided a clear understanding of the role, expectations, and team needs. The third interview was with members of the team I would potentially be working with. It was particularly engaging, with thoughtful questions and meaningful professional exchanges that made the process both interesting and stimulating. A final meeting with HR was scheduled but was cancelled at the last minute. Since then, more than three weeks have passed without any update. Despite several follow-up attempts, I have not received any response. What makes this particularly disappointing is the amount of time invested throughout the process. The company emphasized urgency from the beginning, and many interview arrangements were coordinated through WhatsApp to expedite scheduling. However, after completing multiple interviews, I was left without any communication or closure. Overall, the interview experience itself was positive, and I had constructive interactions with both the manager and the team. However, the absence of communication and feedback after such a significant investment of time reflects poorly on the candidate experience and does not demonstrate the level of professionalism or respect that candidates should expect.
