Aztec Consultants interview questions

applied on line, received phone call to set up interview. met with vice president of operations for a One on one interview. very relaxed interview about the company and what they do. then general questions about my experience, then he said the position had already been filled but that he had me in mind for a different position. nice guy.after interview he followed me out to front door and shook my hand saying thank you for stopping by and i'll let you know in a few weeks. that was a month and a half ago and i still haven't heard back, even after follow up email to thank him.
