Applied with an Ad on LinkedIn. Had a phone call and they asked me too come in. Was looked up and down when I walked in the office. The interviewer simply said, I just wanted to put a face to a name, and then walked me out. Complete waste of my time.

Interview
Had one phone call and then instantly got called to meet at Chicago. Office seemed very empty, and when I got to the personal interview, I was told they were growing and opening multiple offices so they were hiring many people, but the job description was nothing as what I got in person.
