I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Azzurri Communications (Weybridge, England) in May 2014
Interview
Although this was an internal application, my first meeting was with HR. HR then put me forward to have a second interview which was with the teams manager and their manager. The second interview had a role play element to it where we completed a mock service review. I was provided some feedback from the interview, but not the decision. The offer for the role came through 1 - 2 weeks later. I had to provide 10 weeks notice to my current department before I was able to transfer over into my new role.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Azzurri Communications (High Wycombe, England) in July 2011
Interview
Fairly informal initially with national operations manager and Avaya team manager
Technical vetting by senior engineers
Attended interview at high Wycombe offices with HR manager who asked the usual 'tell me about yourself' questions.
Technical vetting was relevant to the products i work with.
