Initial interview with HR. HR went over job role, why I want the job, why I am good fit, overall standard. Then 2 separate virtual interviews with other members of the management team asking me situational questions, as well as why I am a good fit, we talked about the company and the hierarchy and the different branches of BF Saul. Then a round of in-person interviews where one was the senior MD where they went into detail about how this organization has grown, some future projects, some prior projects, where my help would be needed , what I would be working on. They had me meet most of the staff and provided me with business cards (including the Senior MD) and they were talking about the position as if I had it and they wanted me onboard. I was so excited and I think overall Chevy Chase Trust & BF Saul are good places to work, but I was so shocked I did not receive the offer with all that they showed me and how well we got along.
