I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at B&M Retail in June 2015
Interview
Interview was split into three parts. There were 4 people interviewing, 2 "managers" and 2 other people who's roles were not mentioned.
First we were asked to talk to the person next to us and write down their name and some facts about them, we then presented this back to the group, there was about 12 of us in all.
We then had to design or brainstorm a poster in groups of 4, we were split into separate groups to do this, fairly obvious and straightforward task to get you talking to each other, but not particularly exciting as you can imagine.
The last part was a (very) short one to one interview with one of the managers where they asked you the usual simplistic questions about your work history, why you believe you would be an asset and what hours and days you'd consider working.
After that you're free to leave. I was told I would hear within the week.
the whole process took around an hour and a half, most of which was waiting around. But all in all a basic interview.
