I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at B&M Retail in Jan 2024
Interview
A talk with the manager regarding the responsibilities of the role and what it means to work for B&M and then the next stage you come in similar to an open day with other candidates
I applied in-person. I interviewed at B&M Retail (Barnsley, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in June 2023
Interview
I had an on-the-spot telephone interview. I had no time to prepare for the call as they called me out of the blue, and they asked me questions about why I wanted to work for B&M, what I knew about the company, what my salary expectations were, and what job role I was looking for. The person who called me was a little rude and abrasive. I was told that if I passed the screening I would be invited for an in-person interview, but I have not heard back yet.
