I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Rocester, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
1. Application Submission (CV and some background information) 2. Gamified psychometric tests + pre-recorded video interview. 3. Short phone call from your hiring manager. (Hiring manager tells you a bit about the company and video interview, explains what you should do to prepare and asks you a couple of questions about your application) 4. Video Interview with your future manager and one person from your team. (6 behavioral questions + 3 technical questions specific to your role) 5. Offer The entire process took roughly 6 months. I originally applied for a different role but was told to select another after 3 months. After doing that, I moved forward from step 3. The process was okay overall, a bit long but the best part is that you receive consistent communication and if you are ever in doubt, you can send an email and you will get a response. The hiring managers came across as kind and understanding.
