BAE Systems Graduate Marine Engineer interview questions

The process was an absolute shambles. I was strung along over the course of several months with very poor contact from the recruitment team and at the end I felt like my time was completely wasted. I had to do a series of online assessments and at the end I was notified that I was unsuccessful. However, I was later emailed to say that they had changed their minds and wanted me to do a video interview. Two months later, I was told I had met the requirements and would be notified about my application. After three more months I was later told that I was unsuccessful again.
