A series of online tests used to assess verbal, mathematical, and computational competency, followed by a prerecorded video assessment that asked a series of personal strength/weakness related questions. Did not reach the video interview stage, unfortunately.

Informal interview, very relaxed interview with a few personal questions about why I want to join and how my skills are applicable to the job as well as personal traits.
