Interview
I recently went through a unique and comprehensive 3-stage interview process. The interviewers evaluated everything from behavioral traits and technical skills to quick mental processing through gamified assessments. Here is the full breakdown of how each stage went.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Stage 1: Situational & Behavioral Interview
The first stage was a video interview focused heavily on behavioral scenarios, team collaboration, and my background.
Core Focus: University projects, personal experiences, and core values.
What they asked: I was given various situational prompts asking how I would react under specific workplace conditions.
Key Themes: A lot of the questions centered around how I operate within a team, how I handle collaboration challenges, and how I approach project management.
Stage 2: Technical Programming Interview (C++)
The second stage shifted the focus to technical proficiency and problem-solving.
Language Used: C++
Difficulty Level: Medium category (standard LeetCode-style medium difficulty).
Experience: The questions were challenging but expected for a technical role. It tested my understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean C++ implementation.
Stage 3: The "King Fight" Gamified Assessment
The final stage was a unique, fast-paced gaming interview consisting of three different mini-games designed to test quick thinking and cognitive skills under a tight time limit.
Game 1 (Numerical Challenge): A rapid-fire math game. I had a strict time limit (around 2 to 3 minutes) to solve a series of addition, subtraction, and multiplication problems.
Game 2 & 3 (Pattern Recognition & Strategy): These involved identifying patterns quickly and adapting to the game mechanics on the fly.

Interview
Medium level leetcode style question during the OA. Your solution then had to be explained during the interview.
All round a bit unprofessional. Took 2 weeks to receive the offer.

Interview
it was a hireview interview, with you recording into some answers to questions, then a leetcode style question (about medium in difficulty) which is fine, finished with some brain training games which was weird but was fine, automated soft rejection a few days later due to mass applicants and was told to keep applying so assuming there was a lot of applicants for the role
