Submit cv then online interview using TEAMS. Interviewed by two more senior engineers who asked a wide range of mostly technical questions. Most questions probed for previous successful programme completion
A phone interview first to check qualification, then a 1 hour interview online where two people from BAE are on the panel. Overall, it was a very pleasant process and I enjoyed it
Initial informal chat, then onto a more technical review with history review from both sides. initial review with recruiter, more technical review with departmental member. free an open discussion nothing underhand
