Invited to the Assessment Centre with 4 other people. There was a presentation, 30 min group exercise and a 1 hour interview. Interviewers were all very lovely people, and wanted you to do well, so there was 0 pressure. The group work was challenging but didn’t take long. The interview had mixed questions of technical and characteristic type questions. Overall very good day, phoned a week later and was offered the role.
