The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Guildford, England)
Interview
Applied via the debut app, which sent me to the AI application page, fairly harmless application process, just add CV and personal details. Afterwards, get a link to a video interview page where you record some standard interview questions and answer a couple of technical questions, nothing too challenging just to get an understanding of where's you're at. Following this, we got invited to an assessment center which, for a first experience seems intimidating but when I attended was really friendly, they had a standup intro where you have a chance to speak to some of the current staff. This was really easy going, everyone's in the same boat as you so it was nice just to chat to some of the other applicants and a member of current staff about the company and working life. During the process we had a group presentation, a one to one interview and a one to one presentation on a technical subject, nothing you have to pre prepare so don't worry it's nothing you're expected to be an expert on! They interviewers were always really friendly and helpful, encouraging and I never felt uncomfortable during it.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Melbourne)
Interview
Lengthy, two or three interviews and lots of back and forth. The interviewers were professional and they went by normally. Initially the wrong team interviewed me. I was led to believe there was a local position and then there wasn’t, and then there was!

Question 1
They asked me about my relevant professional experience.
I interviewed at BAE Systems (Rochester, South East England, England)
Interview
Nice experience however I did not get the offer. As an experience overall, it was well-conducted, friendly environment and lovely people within the organization. Will recommend engineering undergraduates and graduates to apply for this graduate position in the future.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Barrow in Furness, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Very self explanatory and easy going at the start. Last stage of interviews does get much harder with the technical questions side. As long as you prepare accordingly you will be fine.
