I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Preston, North West England, England) in July 2019
Interview
After being rejected from the graduate scheme, they forwarded this job opening to me based on my CV. Applied and went for interview on location up at BAE Warton. Interviewers were relaxed and fairly informal, asking the usual graded soft-technical questions and more about my own experience. Lasted about 1.5h.

Interview
Video call with three folks at the company after applying online. It took months for them to start the process and they also scheduled it 3 weeks out once they did reach out. They ended up not offering me the role, but this was never communicated to me in any way. I saw on their career portal that I was no longer under consideration
