1.5hr hour long interview going through technical ability and competency questions. Would have preferred to have done this onsite as you lose the face to face value and an interview is a very brief glimpse into someone's abilities

I was applying for a role with BAE systems for a public organisation. I was interviewed in Milton Keynes. The interview went well from my perspective, however, the result and the feedback was ludicrous and on hindsight, I feel that it was waste of time.
