Application followed a Telephone Interview. Informal - assuming it is the first stage of sifting interviews. Scheduled a meeting. The call lasted around 30 minutes. The recruiter outlined the process and the opportunity to get feedback.

Very friendly, mostly non technical and they were willing to listen to all answers without interruption. Technical questions were harder, but they wanted to see logical thinking process instead of general knowledge.
