I was interviewed by two people from different levels in the department. It helps to research the company beforehand. I recommend emailing interviewers early—mine weren’t notified in time, which caused delays and a lack of preparation on their side - I trust it wasnt the interviewers fault, I did apply throught BAE Systems and recruiter did not organised well the appointment.
