BAMO Interior Designer interview questions

Generally pretty standard - though odd that they asked for direct phone numbers for references. Typically email is preferred and accepted. And they are fairly slow to reach out/respond. Went through the entire interview process, video call and a second in-person interview, just to get ghosted. Sent a polite follow up email over 2 weeks after my final interview - crickets ever since. Have not experienced that before, pretty unprofessional and rude.
