a lot of nonsense, not professional at all, they never talk anything regarding my knowledge but just observation of their rules. That is "amazing". You had better experience by yourselves.

A 30 minute phone call interview with the head of school. Followed by an in-person interview if you are already in the country. Not too complicated at all, and rather straight forward.
