Interview
Very easy going, maybe six questions asked in total, mostly situational questions. Two managers were present during an interview , each manager asked number of questions. After about fifteen minutes, they give me an opportunity to discuss whatever questions I had for them. I learned that they provide two weeks training, including one week of hands on training.

Questions about previous employment. A lot of "what would you do in this situation" type of questions. Pay is not discussed prior to employment. Chance to ask open question and address concerns

Traditional straight to the point. Same questions most employers ask. Depends on manager made me very comfortable. Hiring manager called first to ask you questions than based off answers directed you to branch manager to follow up interview. Finger prints required if hired
