First applyed, then got conntacted by Market Leader, we scheduled an interview. When I arrived there, we talked she asked me several of questions that she was unsure about, as i answered she was inpressed.

I see on your resume it says you recieved a reward for shift manager of the year, tell me a little bit about that.
The interview was pretty easygoing, they asked very basic customer service questions along with some cash handling and sales questions. The interviewer who was the manager for the branch was nice and friendly.

What are some past sales experience that you have?
Smooth and easy process. Interview questioned were standard. I had no issues getting a call back to be hired on immediately. I support this type of interview and hope they uphold this process going forward
Had 2 interviews, was told I would be offered the job, the branch manager ended up quitting. I had to follow up multiple times and was given an impromptu phone interview with zero warning - never heard back, was totally ghosted. Overall disorganized.
