I’ve applied to the role, after a week I was co tacted for an interview. The interview consisted of preparing a slide deck to bring a solution to a problem that was part of the pre-interview exercise.

Tell us about a time you led a process improvement initiative. What challenges did you face and how did you measure success?
Had an interview with two panel members online. Really good experience, friendly, fair questions which aligned with the person spec. Offered to have a follow up call with helpful feedback which I really appreciated.
