First, spoke with two women from HR department who asked me more unconventional initial screening questions, about working style, management preferences, and how you prefer to work. Then I spoke with the channel manager who asked deeper questions about general area knowledge, management style, what challenges you have in your daily working, why looking to pivot roles. Then I never heard back from them.
