Interview
Pretty standard and easy, they are not trying to find the best people out there but they are trying to find out people that want to work there in long time period.
First phone call, then you meet with HR, then a small test which is nothing to do with software, then meet with higher management. last with IT director or whoever is higher than him.
The interview process included an initial screening discussion, followed by one or more interviews focusing on general technical knowledge, problem solving, and past experience. The final stage involved broader discussions around teamwork, communication, and overall fit.
