The recruiter calls you to do a phone interview. After you pass that, an in-person interview is scheduled with the BRE and CEM. The interview is easy and because this is an entry-level position they know what to expect. They do focus on cash-handling experience, customer service, and sales.

It was pretty easy. Started off talking about myself and past job experiences. This included sales and customer service. Connected really well the BRE and CEM. Best interview I have had.

I applied online and about two weeks after I got a call for an interview. Went to the interview and a week passed when they made me an offer. Then one month passed before I started after all the hiring process to be complete.

Interview
Easy and straight forward. First had a telephone interview then in person interview. The branch manager was impressed I was there early and greeted me from my car. He later told me he was impressed and knew he anted to hire me after the initial phone interview. Worked there for 4 years.
