Telephone interview for internal position. I felt the interview went well, lasted an hour, very detailed and the manager had some pretty tuff questions, I've been interviewed with other companies for same position, and nothing compared to BBVA Compass. I do feel I did not have an shot for the job, the manager had already picked an individual from outside. Their reason for not picking me is, not enough customer service????? Been doing this for 30 years, how much customer service do you need....NONE!

What would you tell your customers when they call to find out where they direct deposit was from the government and it will be deposited into their account and how would you prepare your branch for handling the calls?
