Recruiter proposed a salary of 70,000-85,000 USD, which is the equivalent of an HR Generalist salary in the US. Recruiter did not know if the company offered any vacation, sick days, public holidays, or healthcare in the US. Recruiter insisted a market study was done and placed a strategic HRBP at 70-85k LOL. The cherry on top is that they ask candidates to submit a DISC assessment LFMAO!
