After submitting my resume, I had to take an online technical questions and behavioral questions test. I felt like it was a bit difficult especially given the short amount of time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BDA Partners (Hong Kong) in June 2021

The interview was based on technical knowledge in accounting & finance, previous internship experience and fit questions. A well prepared self intro with a story line was loved my interviewers
