Standard interview process, very professional, questions meant to get to know you and whether you demonstrate capabilities as a teamlead, also regarding your passions and your technical knowledge. Some standard tests, including a personality test and a general IQ test. Interesting job, but not a match for me. However, the interview process went smoothly
