Colloquio telefonico: lo avrei preferito su teams, perché in chiamata mi sembrava molto improvvisato e non mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio. HR molto fredda e poco empatica, come se volesse mettere in difficoltà l'interlocutore che ahimè, è alle prime armi.

The interview process consisted of five steps, and overall it was mostly easy and straightforward. The final interview was conducted with an IT manager, who asked relevant questions about my experience, skills, and approach to solving technical problems. The entire process was well organized and professional.
