Company insisted on knowing what the applicant's salary requirements are during the job interview hiring process without any transparency on their end in providing a salary range for the position when requested. It shows how unethical, unprofessional, and illegal their hiring practices are in violation of California Equal Pay Act 432.3.

Interview
First call went well, second call went well until the end when expected salary range was asked (which had already been cleared in first call) then silence. No follow-up from them and no info on a personal follow-up with them the next week. Saw the position has undergone a rebranding, was split and reposted as two entry level paralegal positions.
