Interview
I have applied online and interviewed with bill.com in Jul 2019. It was straightforward with quick turnaround times. There was one video/phone round followed by on-site for 4 hours with 1:1. The questions covered basics on Data Warehousing, SQL, Data Modeling, Python, Spark, and I was told after I got selected that every interviewer evaluates the interviewee for the company values. The interviewers were very respectful and provided opportunity to ask more questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. A special mention goes to the recruiter who got feedback quickly and scheduled next rounds as quickly as possible.
The first was resume screening, followed by a recruiter screening call where the recruiter would learn more about your experience in detail, followed by the recruiter talking about the role and the team, and what to expect the next rounds if progressed. The next round was a technical round with one of the employees based on DSA. It was python based technical interview that lasted an hour.
